REORGANIZATION OF THE WORK PROCESS IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE IN COPING WITH COVID-19

ABSTRACT Objective: to assess the work process of Primary Health Care professionals in coping with COVID-19. Method: a qualitative study that used health as conceptual basis and research methodological framework. The collection procedure was carried out 23 from July September 2021, basic units municipality northwestern Paraná, Brazil. For analysis, data were organized by means MAXQDA software, each segment according meanings. Results: two categories emerged, namely: Difficulties faced reorganization ambience, programmatic activities staffing professionals; Organization care flow for users COVID-19 Care. Conclusion: this reinforces indispensability assessing improvement, especially conditions public emergency.
